Litigation
The attorneys of Hawkinson Yang have extensive experience representing the world’s largest companies in their most complicated, high-risk litigation matters. Before starting our own firm, we spent years practicing at some of the most elite large corporate litigation firms in the United States. We continue to hold ourselves to the highest professional and ethical standards as we continue our litigation practice in a boutique setting.
We represent clients in intellectual property litigation (patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets) and other complex civil litigation matters in courts across the United States. We also represent clients in arbitration and adversarial proceedings before the U.S. International Trade Commission and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
