Kevin Goldman
Kevin Goldman’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation at the trial and appellate levels as well as overall strategic counseling and crisis management.
Kevin represents clients in high-stakes intellectual property and commercial disputes involving a broad variety of technologies, including microprocessors, wireless communications, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and textiles, and he has litigated numerous cases involving allegedly standard-essential patents. Kevin also represents clients in copyright, trademark, trade secret, unfair competition, and antitrust matters, as well as breach of contract and complex business disputes.
Kevin’s practice encompasses all aspects of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, fact and expert discovery, alternative dispute resolution, trial, and appeal. His experience includes litigating in numerous federal and state trial and appellate courts throughout the country as well as the International Trade Commission, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and the United States Court of Federal Claims. He has successfully argued multiple appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Kevin also guides clients through legislative and strategic initiatives as well as risk assessments and crisis resolution.
Prior to entering private practice, Kevin clerked for the Honorable William C. Bryson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
